OMG! i'm gonna try that right away! ^_^

edit:
the new asphalt looks great!
the new grenade launcher for the rifleman is powerful now ^_^
the machne gunner seems exactly the same...
the firebat is cool... but he got a damned short range and is barely useful.... well i still saved my team with im Razz but his fire DOT seems not to always trigger...

maybe rename the elven gates? Razz

other than that, it felt great... didnT' have that much time.. need to eat, shower and go to bed

I have tried to increase the firebat's range, but then his attack looks like he is shooting balls of fire instead of a rather consistent stream. The firebat will only score few kills while camping, but in alleys and for close combat his damage and abilities are superb.

The Firebat's Napalm ability creates a small (invisible) pool of burning napalm under the target which stays for a short duration. Every enemy that enters this pool receives damage. At level 5, the napalm is strong enough to almost kill a healthy ghoul that walks over it.
I'll change the tooltip a little, so the mechanics of napalm is explained more clearly.

btw s3rius, can u change the bullet system in the firebat? =/ its kind of strange , he needs to reload his fuel ? and wastes his ammo too fast +wrong , but congrats for the new beta, its fucking amazing =) i hope you continue with the good work

Great job on the map, keep up the good work. However i feel the game is pretty slow at the begining not very helpful to noobs. Then becomes hard too fast, i mean u got a civilian mission then Bam 2 hell spawns.. Cerberus etc. The transition between early game and mid game is not a smooth one.

- Firebat's hotkey for Protection Matrix is now correct (R).
- Engineer's hotkey for Sentry Gun is now Y.
- Engineer's hotkey for Refill Weapon is now correct (F).

Changing hotkeys of some skills brought up a bunch of wrong keys.
I'm thinking about ideas to fasten the game during mission 1 without raising difficulty too much. That will definately be an issue I am going to engage for beta 3.
I might also change the Firebat's ammunition system to something more appropiate.

But something is disturbing : what the use of repair ? repair what ? you sentry ? repair you can have it lvl 1, sentry lvl 9, there is a pb :s And when your sentry is damaged, you dont often go repair it. Nevermind, i thought you could replace the repair ability with the "make ammo" 'one, you see, the lvl 1: 1clip / lvl 2 : 2clip , this kind of thing +^^

hey s3rius,

i love the new 6.0 version, fantastic map.

here's an error/bug i see: the medic's hotkeys for heal/antidote/steroids are all the same (button 'e') and pressing 'e' seems to only heal.

- Medic's Antidote and Steroids now have the right hotkeys.
- Engineer's Repair removed and exchanged with Power-Net.

by the way s3rius, u can change the ammo system in the turret, i mean, a way to reload inserting magazines Smile , maybe 1 mag = 100 bullets , or something like that

- Sentries can now be loaded with ammunition by dropping boxes or clips into the sentry's inventory.

Guess it's time to finally add that^^. Btw, 1 clips equals 50 bullets. A ammo box with 4 charges makes 200 bullets. Sentries are capped to a max of 600 bullets (mana).

Ok here is what i would like to know is the part of the map where you are supposed to help the millitary clear the streets (about an hour in the game). Is it supposed to be beatable or is that supposed to be the end of the Beta. Because I have tried several times with friends to beat it and the ammount of enemies and bosses is just too great. On that note Are tents and sentries supposed to spawn where the millitary retreats into the open area every time, because this has only happened on one occassion. and we have gotten to that portion of the map many times.
Any tips or strategies as to how to get past that part would be great. +^^

Yes, that part still has some bugs. It is definately beatalbe, even without the the sentries, but it's hard.
I don't really know why the sentries & tent only spawn in some cases, but that shouldn't be too hard to figure out.

To beat that stage you'll need at least a medium sized, somewhat experienced team. When there are only 2 or 3 marines left you're dead meat. I guess you'll need at least 5.
An engineer that is refilling a grenade launcher and a shotgun and his sentry is worth gold.
A medic in that late stage isn't so important anymore, but you'll need medicals for every player (every player should always be at 90%+ health)
It is useful to accompany the NPC marines, but always stay together and always stay on the main roads.
Focus green gargoyles and armored hounds if possible and blow the crap out of them with everything you have.
Flare slightly slows down enemies, so tell your Scout to flare constantly.
We noticed that it's a nice idea to place a several bundles of explosives along the highway (the two largest roads) and blow them up when escaping.

That's pretty much all I can say.
