In a way, yes. The new patch basically makes the civs not move at all - if the new patch wouldn't immediately crash the map when you try to host it.

Yea, there's where it's happening.
I now have 4 different Wc3 versions installed ^.^ one backup, one 1.21 (for editor), one 1.23a (for playing), one 1.23b (for testing) =)
