HOW TO HOST A FILE:


1 HOST IT ON THE WEB
At first you must upload your file to a server.
maybe u can upload your file to a free server or ur own ftp allowed by your provider (your personal free web space).

2 COPY THE LINK OF YOUR FILE
Once done get the path of your file. copy it .


3 PASTE IT IN YOUR POST

Code:

 as this example  [url]http://www.myhost.com/folder/fodler/file.zip[/url]

and it become this http://www.myhost.com/folder/fodler/file.zip


then it should work ^^
