Crit. Strice has Skill lvl1 after loading the game

i played lan, like i said, and i recognized that after the loading in the later game, always the skill lvl of Critical strike is lvl1 (chance:10% damage:200%).
That sucks in some games u know?^^ Try, i´m not sure if it works in beta6, but in beta5 it is buggy for sure. I havent seen a thread for this problem, so i fear that it isnt fixed yet.

That is because DotD was never supposed to be loaded and saved.
Wc3's loading can cause bugs like these. I'm sure there are more abilities that get resetted.
It can also cause crashes in some cases.

I should probably completely disable the ability to save the game.

Why does it matter if you save it or not? Saving a game is unneeded in DotD.

No, I am talking about disabling the normal saving (Options -> Save Game).

i dont think disabling would be a nice idea,- because in lan sometimes you have a bad connection beacause of your w-lan or you just want to save because you have a good equiped team. isnt it good to play the game because you like to play it, and not playing it because you like the xp? i think saving shouldnt be disabled because of that.. i dont see a problem with it, because it is not bad for anyone, and it is not giving people unfair chances to earn more xp. so if it isnt unfixable in the map then just forget about it

Unfortunately I believe there are 0 girls on the forums. Also s3r does not care enough for LAN players to keep the save option. If he did then he'd have to fix it, if it's possible at all but it'd be a big hassle which isn't worth it for a minority of LAN players. Sorries.

It's internal bugs. Warcraft's save function has several big errors.

Also, I don't care enough ^.^
