maybe a heal aura for medic with certain rank on hell but that has to be activated and is only active for a while then cd or soemthing like that
or maybe even like those whitey gas like thing or smoke nade for medic where while you are in it you get healed instead of damage or slowed down
or even like healing bullets lol like you shoot teammates with that and it heals but only medic can use them lol like ranged heal but uses the bullets or even like the 4 mana heal ability or both at once like requireing 4 mana and 1 bullet

i kinda want at least one of teh above in even if its just hell mode
since almost every time somone says
"heal meee" but tehn they are like moving and cant heal or moving away from me or we are running away from mass zombs and everyone else wanting heal at the same time

i dont mind nm and norm but in hell its really hard to heal when everyone is like damaged badly especially when you are like running low on mana , and on cd with damage and like the only medic
(espeically i always seem to pick medic)

if you teammates call for a heal and move it is their fault, no need to add aoe heal spells. If something like that happened i would call that FAIL

Everything is harder on Hell. And thats how it's supposed to be.

Oh, and bullets kill people - they don't heal them.
Even a plaster propelled at you with 600 m/s would kill you.

The heal aura is a good idea. However I don't think it should be on hell difficulty that the medic gets it, he should be a certain rank for example: Commander Sargent Major.

lawl pr0x I'm not joking. The Military has a spray which repairs broken skin tissue, slows bleeding ect. without any real contact.. AoE = where you spray lol

I'll edit that I actually had it used on me and it hurts like a fucking bitch... it has an unsettling amount of Iodine on open wound pain lol

(gf's dad likes to torture me with test products ftw)

@AOE heal idea- i think it can spark the idea of unlocking bonus skills at a certain level with certain ranks.

Ex: AOE heal at lvl 2 regular heal, requires hell mode or above, rank CSM or something like that matter.
Ex2: Scout- Visionary Designation Designates every target in the view of the scout requires lvl 4 of the 4th skill and lvl 2 flare is required, ranked required etc etc etc. You get the idea

and then soon your unit can only see in front of it and cant see behind ...then zomb come up behind and noone to help you gg
lo lhow about like a camera item for share vision for just that player
and then make it so snipers can only snipe/attack when ones like marks or scout designates the target you want to snipe Very Happy <-- that would be hell should get you killed fast Very Happy

bah needs a fork as a weapon just like mgs 3 Very Happy

LOL the sniper's new ability in the last test was kinda like that... 180% faster shooting 150% damage but you take 200% damage and can't move... and you gotta manually shoot every bullet....

it's so hard to attack manually every single enemy that the only use out of it was the bosses....

I quite like the AOE heal, but I agree that it should be from a certain rank and only a small amount, like the Engineers mana regen. aura.

We could easily improvise and make some of the skills unusable until a certain rank is achieved so we dont have like say... some PVT using orbital cannon and say he only wanted to see what it did.( By this i mean TK) Course they be a low limit, but i think the rank usage for classes on for beta 7 ( based off the change log if i recall correctly) willl limit which classes can be used for beginners.

There won't be any class-specific abilities that come with rank.
The general rank abilities and Tactical terminal will be the only things.
I don't like the idea of a Capt. Medic being a much better healer as a Priv. Medic, just because the Captain has access to better/more healing abilities.
High-ranks are already better in what they're doing because of the stats bonuses (mana, mana-reg,..) and their game experience, of course.

Yea, that's a little problematic of course, but I have added some enemies that'll still pose good targets. *cough*life leeching super parasites*cough*invisible mana leeches*cough*can't..breath*cough**cough*

But what s3irus is doing is creating more of a manual skill making it more faster clickers be able to kill better. So sniper would take more skill and not aimless shooting =P
