well.. considering ICC has come to WC3 im not ENTIRELY sure they have a patch out but I believe they should... you can always go to their website www.iccup.com go to Files on the top and on the right hand side go down to WC3 area and check the downloads... if they have a Patch available try to download it into your Frozen Throne folder (guessing at that part, read the instructions that come with the patch if there is one) but in order to get to the Frozen Throne go My Computer > C Drive > Program Files > Warcraft 3 > (I'm not sure of this next part I mostly only do this with SC) its either Maps or Frozen Throne next... either way Frozen Throne is what you want ^^ but again this is only if wc3 even HAS a patch out for ICC players... I know it does for SC and it helps run ADV Loader and Chaos Launcher.. but yeah I hope this helps somehow.. its worth checking out anyway

Usually Wc3 auto-patches itself. If there is an error occuring you can either reinstall Wc3 or try to google for a down-grade patch.

WAR3 should update itself ... If you dont want make the auto update , just look at this this web page ..;
http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?locale=en_US&articleId=20673&rhtml=true%3Frhtml%3Dy
and if you are from Philippines your region is Asia (Kalimdor)

You can swap region whenever you want , but the lag may come also if you don't have a good connection.
If you are not playing on the Official Blizzard servers (Bnet) , i really don't know how work other systems.
At the moment 90% of the persons here are on Official Bnet servers.

In the main menu of wc3 there is a magnifying glass right next to the Battlenet button. Click it and you can select different gateways.
