Tactical Scenario for Nightmare and Hell Modes
Team :
-1 Scout
-1 Medic
-1 Firebat
-1 Engineer
-1 Sniper or Marksman
-1 Machine gunner
3 Phases :
1/ collect items and take positions
2/ trigger missions and wait Boss
3/ Wait boss , kill plant , Collect and extraction
I have marked 4 points , P1 to P4 , those are where the team store items when the inventory is full. those are also meeting point with boss , so each time you will need kill a boss you will have some support before and/or after fighting it.
Green arrow is main group path
Gold arrow is Scout or Veteran path
Blue is the entire team path
***** collect items and take positions
Items can be collected during first mission when you are searching civilians to rescue.
The team follow main road untill P2 and if the team is experimented they can split in small group to collect more items. And place them in reserve in other spots.
Gold way goes directly to P4 via "bob's shop" passage and check docks.
Once you are in position the rescue mission should start.
***** trigger missions and wait Boss
Once civilians are in the Extraction zone in P1 Wait boss here , once he came , scout design it and goes trigger1 while team finish boss . Then the team should meet and make a way to P2.
Then Scout or Veteran go trigger2 and get back to P2 to wait Boss.
Same as previously , once Boss has been designated Scout can go fast (run+steriod) to the part that have been air dropped , while team finish boss.
Once part has been found they meet to P2
***** Wait boss , kill plant , Collect and extraction
Once team is complete all move to powerplant and check last part of the map and search ammo in the perimeter . this is the last time you will be able to check those zones , no way back or you will surelly die. wait next Boss in P3
This fatty is harder so be carefull dont try to tank just shoot and cover your mates from air incoming. Dont let the boss touch you!
When fatty is dead restore your team hp and move to P4 for killing plant . If you have a 'crazy dude' in your team , killing it would take only some seconds , otherwise try dodge its attack and shoot as fast as possible .
Plant is dead , now its time to run . You will make a big tour and found your last items and pack of ammo. No difficulties , stay in group , dont tank .
When you finished the tour you finnally reach P1 and you are ready to make a 'base' in the building next to the parking.
once here you normally have collected enought ground flares to enlight zone untill you will get out of ammo.
you can go hunt big mutant Dogs before they become too hard too kill , but be fast , its better to wait them in base if team is weak.
Now you can wait "your" zombie will come bite you and eat your flesh. Your team will be pwned by mutant chicken or other wierd things.

PS : I am not responsible of any disaster that can happend to your team if you try to follow this scenario.
Anyway it really worked lots of time in Nightmare mode and should work too in Hell mode.

LOL i feel like it's a lot of what i've been doing... i'm using very similar bases and paths... but i'm only playing in normal with noobs... so that's why i'm not as effective...
usually we kill the boss of the rescue at the copter zone, making the copter shoot it for more damage... and after i make everyone runfor the power station and stay there till the lights are backon... i do the rst of the work, i get the scientist to run away and i get the parts myself with my firebat ^_^
other than that, it's about the same... i've been following your veteran path for a long time

Not only more health - they get more damage, speed, armor, health and hp regeneration. At the beginning one of them is as weak as a baby, and killing it is easy (beware, they run away).
But when they start coming for you, they're adolescent and real die-hards.

Darn, i always thought they would remain the same, so i normally wait for them to come and end up getting killed by them. Thanks, this really helps.

ill answer that one, not yet, i believe he has added more missions, but it shows up a message you have completed the beta mission.

The missions for the different difficulties are the same.
The beta is over at the point where the chicken spawn, that means after that there is nothing more. They just spawn infinitely.
But we're becoming very off-topic here. It's better if you post this kind of questions in a seperate topic or in the ideas thread (it's like the topic for everything >.<)
