There is, you just need to click on the vote thingies in the upper left corner in the Portal.

sadly, the top 200 stopped working for me for quite a while...
whenever i want to click the vot button, it won't ever load the site, even after waiting half an hour, it still waits for an answer and doesn't time out....

yea, top200 had some serious issues a month ago or something, they were down nearly all the time. It seems to be fixed though since they redesigned the forum layout though and split on more servers.
