DotD (player) problem I think.

Hellu, just started playing Wc3 again after a bit of downtime. anyhow. was playing DotD and thougt I'd try saving a character. upon loading (or rather trying) It said that it was succsessful but nothing really happend. what am I doing wrong? xP

Welcome to the forums.
I guess you are playing DotD 6.0 Beta 1.
Unlike in the old DotDs, in 6.0 you don't save your hero experience, but your so-called Rank-experience. You will always start with a level 1 hero.
You can see your rank-xp in the multiboard in the upper right corner.
You can read more about the saving and the effects of Rank-xp in the game's quest log.

Thats wonderful too hear XD I've managed too accumelate 90 something rank-xp points now, (mostly by getting slaughtered by the big blobb)
And I'll probably keep doing it for some time too come XD

Got a better idea, visit the channel "clan ZKS". There they usually hang around. You'll probably have better changes there.

One question:-Is the code for the save/load sitem going to change or is it final? I just want to know if I should start saving,cause if its not going to work later then theres no point in saving now.

the code is not final. It's going to be changed for Beta3 if everything works out nicely.
