HELP!

My friend has tried playing dotd 5.2F many times now, but none of his code has been able to load successfully. My code is always XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX, but his is XXXXXX-XXXXXXX, 6-7,7-7, so i'm here to ask why he's always unable to load and why his code is always 6-7. Thanks, please reply a.s.a.p

Well, we often here of problems like that and we can't give you an answer since we didn't make the map and don't know why this happens, does your friend always use the same name? The codes are name specific.
