You encounter those I mean only in the first 'alien cave' they're charging at ya' through the zero gravity area and BAM, gone they are until they charge you again.
Tried to find a pic of them, but can't find any.

Yep, but this guy in the movie is definately not playing on highest difficulty :p then one attack of 'em drains your whole energy and 20% of your life. If you ain't in shield mode you're pretty much dead ~~^^

also they seem to be much faster when you're playing, and not observing

In the update of steam that was released yesterday they have fixed so you can download from many content servers at the same time to maximize the download speed.

Arrr! great news! ... i guess... so... am i now able to download from 2 servers with one having a rate of 48kB instead? @_@

but, things are improving these days anyway. i just upgraded our dsl-connection to a 6k line. This costs, strangely, about 10€ LESS (yes!) than so far. And probably i will decide to spend some money on a newer computer this or the next week - but thats not valid yet...
