[SPELL] Mysticle Wizard - Hero from my new Map

I will use this hero in my new map.

The spells are still in practise and probably have some bugs.

very cool looking spells i have to say! although the finger of death kinda spell is nothing special though... maybe spice it up with some special effects or something...

the shockwave spell has the disadvantage that it wont give you the bounty for the killed units as you use "unit-set life" action instead of "unit-damage unit".

have you checked for leaks already? because they leak atm...

Nah didnt checked the leaks at all, I always do this at the end cause if i make spells I'm always in rage and just do the most importent variables xD.

I'm not sure about the bounty thing since this heros ultimate makes much money. Maybe i will change it, maybe not.

Changes:
-Fixed some leaks.
-Increased the damage of Shocking Wave a bit.
-Added a new effect to Lightning of Destiny
