What about going AFK?

What is the position of the clan about long-time AFK people?
I mean the kind of people that go away from their computer for
something like 30 mins and more and gives you control.... and comes
back then save and leave...

That kind of xp leechers...

My personal position is that after a single wave (or fairly long
rebuilding session) I boot (or TK if i'mnot host) them to make sure
they earn their xp, not get it while not playing... I don't TK
the engineer unless he's alone with me... i don't need the xp and he
should learn how to play.. not get free xp...

Well, if someone wants to take control, I usually let them be, but if no one can, they usually get killed by the boss.

well, i personaly dont like any abuse of xp leechers. i would as well kick them... i agree that they should themselves learn how to play the map and not just gathering xp. ;)

i update the dos-rules list with that point. you can also write down known xp-abusers there.
