Hope it will help. Now, I have horrible situatiuon. I can't access my computer now exept Internet Explorer. I use other PC to play, but theres a terrible problem - The PC is so virused that the anti vir cant fint them! And I lagg alot, the only map I have is Dota 6.38 - I've already been banned 10 times for laggs.

hmm as I see a new topic... Nice. Unfortunately, its not my comp and I cant just format it :< And btw. is it safe to remove viruses that sit in Windows files?

another reason why he should do format c! some viruses enter a windows programm, process or libraries. sometimes it can be pretty difficult to get them out of there. a usefull programm is for example "spybot search and destroy" (easy to find with google).

if you manually delete those files (depends on how important this file is for win) it could happen that you get error messages. but you can do a repair-installation with the windows cd. (duno if your files on C: are still there after repair-install). if you let your anti-vir delete those files, i didnt get a problem yet with that method.

yes, but it is without any doubts the most secure method to kill ALL viruses. this is pretty good if you have much viruses already. (cz those viruses often have another programm anywhere else that re-install the virus itself if it got deleted)

sry for this caps etc but I'm very happpppppppyyyy. As u know I can only access Internet Explorer on my Comp. And yesterday before sleep I just thought ,,Can't I reach my harddisc through IE? Can't I write C: .." And today, 2 minutes ago, I wrote C:... and it worked! SHUT UP XP! I can use my comp anyway Very Happy

Yey, as today its a free day (For me It dsnt mter, I have free anyway) the owner of this PC will take care of it.
