Hi guys, well maybe i am writing in wrong topic, so sorry for mods and admins, but i dont know hich one is good
I have 37 level now and I have lots of games behind me... And I saw one thing. The next wave begins, when the boss is dead, and it is just not logic. Everyone in this game, who is pro, just doesnt kill fatty, but either bug him or makes one run in front of him, so that they can build base and search for weed .
What I mean is that, that maybe the second wave sghould begin without killing fatty, it will make the game more realistic and hard...
But even if you want change enything, I will just tell you UR FUCKING GAME DOTD ROCKS AND I LOVE THIS

heh, as u can see i moved the topic... better fitting here - the other area is for threads relating to our current map project - DOTD STARS!
but np
well, the developers of the dotd versions (its not us who maked the last versions ^^) did the thing with the boss because of better balancing, as a chance for the team to gather important items without the thread of huge mobs...
i dont know exactly how we are going to solve it in our map, but it will be balanced at the very least. so if we decide not to make such "breaks" we make sure, you can get items also during a wave or mission.

Yep, we appriciate that. But I think the reason why the waves doesn't begin is to allow for itemsearches and to give the players a break. But ofc the experienced players use this to search for all items and ammo, so you don't have to repeat it after each boss.

and the only danger for low levels is the boss at wave 3 and 4 - the one that revives and gets faster at his second life

low levels newbies will die even on fatty, they just dont see where they run and get into closed buildings.

noobs are a pain in the butt.... but there is nothing to do about it to few high level players on b-net to do anything about it... and many noobs dont wanna learn how to play dotd

hm... im not 100% sure as i cant go wc3 to test it now, but i think the wave 3/4 bosses at their second life are the fastest. maybe the flying bosses are at the same speed...

I never counted their speed I just ran from them The golems are faster then an avarage marine and after revive they are faster, like u siad (dont think I didnt read:D) But there should be a boss that could run, egz skin of demon dog
