I have been working on my own map for some time now, and it is soon time for some alpha/beta testing. "Unfortionatley", it is a map best played in multiplayer, so I can't test is by myself. So msg me or mail me if you feel like helping me with it, or give me any suggestions about it.

The basic idea of the map: There are 4 teams with 2 players in each. They have to take controll of a big castle in the middle of the map. But as soon as one of the teams succed, the other 3 teams becomes allies, and the lonely team will be under siege by 6 players. You have to hold it for a set ammount of time to win the map. And if one team takes over the Castle the cycle repeats. And you can choose 4 different races with different streanth and weaknesses.

Well, one thing that I'm somewhat bad at is making costum heros, or maybe thinking up new ones. So, I would appriciate all suggestiopns.

There are 4 races, Nightelves, Human, Orc and Undead to choose from, and I want to have 4 heros of each kind. Swing away.

you planning to have custom models as well? then it would be easier :p

i can think of following atm:

==ELVEN==

- Elven Elementar (elven mage who uses the elements to damage enemies or aide friendly units)
* Kaskade (calls for several waves of destructive water)
* Granite-Element (awakes some lying around rocks to live - you can check with triggers, if rocks are nearby)
* Fire Dance (something like chainlightning but with fire model)
* Aerial Wall (every unit in front of caster gets his movement speed to 50 or less - very very slow - mb also possible as aura!)
* Elemental Rage (focuses the energy of all elements, revealing the bundled energy in a devastating bolt of magic)

- Elven Ranger (Elite elven commander aho can use both bow and sword)
* Arrow of Doom (single arrow attack with extremely high range)
* Calming thoughts (within some seconds he gathers energy, once done his attacks deal greater damge for some time)
* Camouflage (the ranger can camouflage himself so his enemies cant differ him from the landscape around him)

- mb you can use kinda satyr unit as well, as they originally were unfaithful elves

==ORC==

- Orc Berserker (Extremely strong and muscular orc who has extremely good weapon damage)
* Berserker (more attack damage/rate for a short time)
* blind Rage (the berserker continues taking damage but his hp wont get below 1 hp until the effekt lasts)
* Destruction (single attack, stun, melee, very high damage to a single target)

- Orc Beastmaster (can train several beasts to aide him)
* QuillBeast
* Bear
* GhostWolves (mb u can summon here more wolves but weaker)
* Commanding Word (the BM can take controll of an enemy summoned, living unit)

- Headhunter (strong unit against heroes but weaker against mass units)
* Assasinate (kinda windwalk)
* Web (ensnared enemy units)
* Poisoned blade (single attack, victim takes damage over time)
* Throwing knifes

==Human==

- Swordmaster (quick and fast fighter wielding two swords)
* Quick Strike (attack speed very fast for a short time)
* counter attack (blocks any attack and gives the damage back to the original caster)

- Crusader (knight - mb on a horse if possible - with some divine spells)
* Divine protection (the crusader gets additional armor for some time)
* Pray (channelling spell, units around the caster have better attack damage, attack speed and armor)
* Divine word (destroys a summoned - not living - unit immediately)
* Gift for the Faithful (friendly units in a target area get a full refresh of their health)

- Royal guard (elite knight with a lance and a huge shield)
* Protection (the RG creates a shield on any friendly unit or himself that grants invulnerability)
* Pakt (any target friendly unit is etherally connected with the RG and recieves half the damage)
* Call for help (the royal guard calls for another RG to fight with him for a short time)

==Undead==

- Skeleton Necromancer (makes use of all dead units to create new slaves fighting for him)
* Raise (summons an army of very weak skeletons)
* Worm Lord (summons an extremely strong skeleton lord)
* bonecrusher (destroys a skeleton what causes a heavy explosion dealing much damage to surrounding units)
* Awaken (as long as this effect lasts, the necromancer will revive, if he dies - long cooldown to balance)

- Reaper (skeleton ghost with a scythe bringing death over their enemies)
* Death (single melee attack that kills a non-hero unit immediately - heavy damage to hero units)
* Death aura (non-hero units within range of the reaper randomly die)
* Death cloud (cloud of destructive sickness that deals damage to units within)
* Wrath (channeling spell - the reaper reveals a rain of dark energy - a rain that deals damage to anyone within range)

hm... btw as u can imagine i wont be able now to help u with alpha Confused

Thx a million and yeah, spells would be appriciated aswell. And I might use costum models, but I won't import them untill later if I need some. And I have already done a few alpha tests with some friends. But more will come.

Well, my first version is gonna have 4 heroes each, so that is 16 all in all. But I haven\t really worked on it much, got other more important stuff to do.
