I'm going to be honest here. I agree with you that pebs shouldn't be chief. I don't think he makes his decisions carefully. But there's not much we can do about it right now can we? And it's dingdong's fault for making him chief because that's who Gimli passed it on to when he gave it away.

i truly NEVER insulted anyone , instead i have picture when he says to me "fck u" for ABSOLUTELY no reason
i was talking about my new account and he says "fck u" like playing smartass clever guy ok?!?!?!
then i got kicked because he didnt like calling him junior because he is younger than me and newer member in clan than me
but i didnt say this like "i am your older veteran superior listen to me and obey" i said for fun not offensive talk
he was embarassed and started threatening me and i told him not to take everything so seriously

i also said bad things about newer members of clan (younger people mostly) to be honest , because with people who are in my age and older NEVER had a fight , only with little childs who have problem with everthing

we never had this kind of fights only with immature little kids who get pissed on everything

you dont believe what i say? i tried to do uploading from megaupload but i couldnt (i dont know much bout these applications on pc , may be easy for you but to me seems like chinese) give me some instructions and i ll show proof

what i want to say is give control of clan to people that are more responsible and reliable guys

I think this is some irony right here. Those younger kids you're insulting are the future of this clan. All of the older members who are older than 15 or 16 are just not going to be around because they have more important things to do. I think you're overreacting towards a little sarcasm. Pebs is full of sarcasm and may not be very mature, but he is the chieftan and he is the most active and he does get new recruits into the clan. He's trying to keep the clan alive.

Oh, and until I see those screens, I still think you're in the wrong.

P.S. I'd be a lot more upset if somebody called me "boy" or "junior" than if somebody said *** you and kicked me out of the channel.

the first one is his decision, the second one is battle.net decision: you can't be promoted for a week after you have joined the clan

that is my opinion about bots... i have made stupid rules 2 years ago because people were having "fun" being assholes with my bot... it eliminated a bunch of the undesirables that were just there for their power trips...

BTW: you don't even meet the requirements that would have allowed you to have admin back from my bot from 2 years ago...

I must say I didn't read the last 2 or 3 posts because they are going too offtopic.
Even though this tread is (or might be), as Eulogy says a "look at me I was wronged and you shouldn't like the chieftain"- post (thread i guess he meant but nvm), it shows us what happens to our clan.
A chieftain should be a very experienced person, both with the game the clan is about and with working with people.
A leader also must keep his authority if noobs or envier try to put him down, and he must do this in a way that works fine for the clan and for the teamwork.
It's not getting better when whining about it. Reflection dudes, don't cry,- and at last: Don't take it too seriously, this is a game, and it is here to make you have fun.

Edit: Read them now. Yeah it is like that. Having a higher position let's people abuse their power. Has always been like that and unluckily will maybe ever be like that. Don't mess with the bosses, cause you are wrong. And so on and so on, i think everyone knows what I mean.

the only problem is: you ask us to judge pebsi, but all we see is you making demands, then you insult him and never ask for forgiveness from him... all you do is get the situation worse by insulting him further... until the point he kicks you out of the channel...

there is no "acting like a chieftain", well at least not in our clan... we pretty much got a chieftain out of a need to have one when the previous one stopped being active. I had to catch the previous chieftain when he logged on battle.net for the one time in almost a month to beg him to pass on the role so that the clan wouldn't be disbanded... i can say that I did my best by choosing gimli when i didn't put enough time in the game anymore, but after that it was just thrown around to someone else.. then landed on pebsi...

Being a chieftain is never an election...
becoming a chieftain doesn't mean you got the qualities of a leader...
The biggest thing that is required from a chieftain is being here, at least once a month, so that the clan can still be... that's pretty much why the title is being passed on, usually not because he's better than him, but because he can be there...

Sorry to say that about the chieftain, but that is how i see it... and i don't see anyone other than you saying that Pebsi is doing a bad job...

You are right Misho, that is how ppl get chieftains.
Since Haze said that pebsi was acting like most ppl in this age (especially when having a position of somekind of power, that might be abused) I do not think he was really whining about what happened, he wanted the clan to improve. Well I am proud of pebsi, and I really like that dude, because he not only (like you said) keeps the clan alive, he also is hosting many games, and playing well in the team; but I can totally understand Haze for his angry toutch in this thread of improvement.
It makes no sense to throw Haze out of the clan or piss him off, because he is also an encouraged player, active in the forums, and full of hope for the clan getting big and good.

Thank you, what about a close and let's Haze and pebsi just talk over it? I don't think this has really much to do with us (beside that he is chieftain and he might improve his skills as a leader) and is a problem only they can solve; and since I never saw a post of pebsi himself here, it doesn't seem to be solved yet.
