Locked out of Starcraft 2

Battle.net locked me out of my account in SC2...
and since i lied for all my credentials, i can't recover the damned thing...
off course, neither the adress they give work and you don't receive any e-mail from them...
i've sent billing an e-mail... i hope i can recover the damned thing, i don't want to pay 70$ for a game i already own just because i upgraded my computer!

all i had to do to be locked is flash my BIOS and upgrade my memory from 2gb to 8gb... sigh...

looks like i'll have to call support on that one... i tried yesterday.. there was an half-hour wait line... so 90$ cell phone time... or 1.20$ on skype with crappy sound just for waiting...

off course, they are also trying to sell me crap on the same e-mail... an authenticator, why the hell would i want that? is their security so bad they need a 3rd party app to make it secure? or they make it so bad they get more money selling you crap so you don't need to waste your money/time calling them back to get your account back?

Nah, WoW accounts are worth trillions of dollarz in the interweb so they need special security in form of little plastic gadgets with red LED numbers.

Well I'm glad it works again, No man should have to go without playing SC2 though I don't understand why it would lock you out of your account like that..

It shouldn't have anything to do with your specs. Once you log in with your account it should be good to go unless you already had that authenticator.. I don't know how that works as I've never used it but it could take note of your setup and then locks if it sees you are on a different setup similar to how you would have to format windows when you change your hardware config
