Special Reaction Team

Doesnt anybody realise that the Special Reaction
Team are actually law enforcement units except
that they are in the military?
e.g:Civilian Police=SWAT
Military Police=SRT
Reference:A Special Reaction Team is a
specialized team or element withthin
law-enforcement units of the United States Army
,Navy,Airforce,and Marine Corps,to respond to
high risk situations within a military base or compound.The teams are military equivalents of civilian police department SWAT teams.
So,my point is,why are military-like SWAT teams taking on zombies and stuff like that?It should be the job of some military spec ops unit specialized in dealing with zombies etc...

Well, you might be right, but when I thought of the name I didn't think of them as law enforcement. But rather as some sort of specialized problems solvers

Btw i got the reference from wikipedia though but forgot to add it.Anyway,its quite a cool name for a team specializing in doing zombie-hazard jobs.lol,and why is everybody making jkes with the name
