another dog bug.

as u know it was the dog mission and the intel said 4 escaped. We killed all those 4 dogs that escaped but it didnt say we completed the mission yet, we looked on the map there was no red pings at all.we waited a long time and no other dogs came to us. so we had to save and quit because it wuldnt let us proceed to the next mission.

for some reason I can't edit the post but umm I merged your other post into this one just so you know where it went xD

Anyway thats a pretty big issue... so far the dogs have run smoothly for me but they seem to be glitching quite a bit sadly maybe its time to add a time cap for each mission.. not till you fail but just untill the next mission is automatically triggered (so long as people are still alive)

well I agree we need a permanent bugs thread where all bugs are reported.. which we have... at the same time having seperate threads like this help in terms of knowing what is [fixed] and what is [pending] if you get my drift lol

Well, i've checked if this was posted before and i think it wasnt.

Yesterdar i was playing NORMAL, 5 players left, and when the dog mission started, and u recieve the pings where dogs are, we only recieved 2 pings, when the mission said there were 5 dogs.

Since we know that mission usually gets bugged, we went to kill those 2 dogs. After that, we decided to go back camp too see if remaining 3 would evolve and try to kill us. In the way, and without a ping, we found a dog lvl 1 (when it should be lvl 8 but that moment).

We camped for 10 mins and nothing happened. No signs of 2 dogs left. So then we decide to solo and die to end the game. When i went to the forest on south east, i found another remaining dog, but lvl 5 :/ roaming through the trees.

We never find the last dog

I can only repeat myself: The bug is under investigation. I have slightly modified the dogs' triggers and it seems to work fine during tests.

s3rius, i was playing a match with nub i think. and i noticed that the dogs get the benefits for leadership aura. idk if you're aware of this but i'd like to bring it to your attention

Yes, you have posted it in the Minimap bug topic and I've actually answered to that..
I would like to have a replay if possible, because I can't see how this is possible. Maybe you have just mistaken it for another buff? (Or I have screwed up internally and accidently gave some other aura the same buff as LDRSHP).
A replay would help a lot. If you don't have one, please record one if you happen to see this bug again.

Has anyone posted a replay for that bug about the map ping of the dogs? I had a recent game too with supposedly 5 dogs but we were pinged only 3 locations. the 3rd one was just sitting there and remained at level 1. I have a replay to offer on that though.

perhaps its because you describe them as having incredibly fast metabolisms! (lol) which btw relates to how quickly a body can digest or process food, pretty much the ability to not retain fat
