pause game

Hi S3rius.

I noticed a small thing.
When someone pauses the game for example in the beginning if I pause it will say PVT has paused the game it wont say PVT DonThompson has paused the game. So yeah it only shows the rank not persons name of who actually paused.

Yes, that's a bug that came with the new player names.
Now that the rank is displayed infront of a player it makes the player name a lot larger.
Some messages such as the "Player has paused"-message have a character limit. It cannot display the full name, so it only shows the rank.
I don't think I can fix that (it's an issue with Wc3, not with DotD), but maybe I could make the name a little shorter so that at least a part of the player's name is shown.

Speaking about weird little bugs like that; ive noticed that during some messages a line appears after the name, but before the period.

Kinda like: Pvt. Johnson has been incapacitated|.

I wish i had a screen shot of it, however what i put is pretty close. Its even bright yellow like the rank, so it sticks out. Dunno what it is, thought id point it out.

Same bug, same cause.

alright S3rius I did not know it had a limitation, dont mind this then better for it to be without the name rather than with the name cut in half.
