hi , im quite new in zks so u prob dont know me yet but i had the idea that the game could use some minor improvments
my way of putting enlish lines aint so well i hope u can understand what i am meaning in this topic

*1*
first of all i see every person anoys on the pvt newbs with rofleman, if they died ppl do not even care ressing them because all they are made for is teamkilling with there imba nades [they are just useless] my opionion is changing the abilities of rifle man and make some other easy hero in second part and put scout to a exp needed class
this prefent that 5 of 8 ppl in public have rifle man and game will fail and u can wait again 20 minutes for your next game

also i got some idea of making some shorta ability that pulls or let the undead flee
oftenly in hell or any other modes aeo nukes are less effective because zombies come from all sides specialy on hell there is no aiming at since zeds of ghouls walk faster then u so if u can pull the ghouls togetter in ***aeo with something they realy like or let them flee with some light effect u can control some hard moments u cant normal

*3*
the crit strike ability for medic is useless since he only needs heal and treath other ppl i suggest to remove it
also the desert eagle is a skill that isnt a big damage dealer i whould prever a mac on medic as item then desert eagle

*4*
i readed back some topic and isuggest the aeo range*** heal or instead the 4mana heal replace for medkit use u can improve heal / sec and total amount per level
the 4/ mana 13 hp heal is also useless sinceo n max lvl the mana cost and heal rege is only dubbeled no saving on mana if u level it up

*5*
the other thing is the raccoon ending i think u will change it if u make new chapters but if u do i suggest shorter the other chaps if ur end game now it took like 1.15 hour before u reach the "Raccoons Gone Rough"

*6* the last chapter of brinign the 7th army too the personal cars and colonel white is quite luck based if colonel white dies or the other group u lose exp and the game ends with raccoons
the reaso nwhy its so luck based
-i found out that the army somethimes run trough without shooting and running into hell sprawns
-if there dropped north east they will go in the streets and the whole army inclusive them will egt ganged by like 5 hell sprawns of total and if they stay to long they run past it [ur screwed]

also u cant move very quick if ur ganged only by hell sprawns in that chap u got problems even on normal often with killing them and find ur self to less time if u can get 1 army in the personal drivers u have not enoug time to get a second army because uneed enoug people too secure the drop zone or hell sprawn and any other zombie makes assburger of u and ur 7th army

mabye this give some discus material and ideas of ways to improve dotd

i forget indeed and that's not with mech and anti tank missle only also demolishens charge

mabye its an idea to let the demolishen charge taunt a sec and o nthe first hit it detos or after so much hp loss otherwise uwhoudl be just standing next to it

then its also easyer to aim ur mech and anti tank missle to them that whould be a nice counter attack
u can make the infrant or antitank missle damage the charge so it detos earlyer

1- well roflmanis already a great class with abilities that are all around great with big damage (grenade) and healing (stimpack)

3- crit strike is somethign every single player should have at least 1 point into... medic can do damage too.... after he got all his points in healing, he can put some in crit strike instead of steroids...
the desert eagle should be compared to the shotgun more than the mac-10... it's smaller damage but since it doesn't take a slot in the inventory, i think it's great to have...

4- the healing ability is mainly for the smaller heals or when the abilities are incooldown...

5- there won't be racoons in beta 8, it'll be another animal Razz

6- white doesn't have to survive for you to win after the radar has been enabled...

as I understood what he wrote, his point not about the roflman being a bad class, but about having games with 5+ roflman because other classes are not available

i agree its not a bad class or something hes just not very usefull for the team i guess it can use some minor improvments like stim pack is only 8 duration so it doesnt heal that lots excample level 1 heals 2 rege for 8 seconds = 16 dont think that is very usefull

well its true that medic his desert eagle is spam able 6x 200 damage is still 1200 damage for 60 mana so that can deal some damage in minor aeo i guess i undrestemated it didnt played so much medic thats why xd
i whouldnt advice to go crit instead stroids, stroids is realy imba on medic though and u can support oter classes with it
i think most importand of medic is changing the heal ability to something like medkit [lvl increses total amount lowers cd on max level to realy low and add mana cost] and adding some exstra healing ability like a minor ward effect item? for 300 aeo 400 perhaps
i had somethign liek that in mind

so u can go with the full group to the heli grounds i guess but im still bouncing to the problem they walk in streets everoene go stand a palce where he is save but cant see each other and help also the 7th army just keep running somethimes till they walk into hell sprawns [oftenly u get ganged by 4/5 hell sprawns just when ur in the streets]

Hell is supposed to be harder. You just can't round them up that nicely anymore.

Doubled healing rate means doubled hp/s. If you think the first level is enough, then you can skill steroids.
I almost always level it up to at least 3-4 because fast healing is more important than mana conservation.
If you need more ways to heal, then use First Aid Kits or tell them to eat Cheese.

I will balance this mission over time. It's new and I first had to see how well people were dealing with it.

Demo's rockets are extremely powerful, but with the drawback that they are difficult to use.
If I gave the Demo an easy way to hit enemy then that'd make him imbalanced. Rely on your allies to keep a boss pinned until your rocket hits.

Don't forget that it gives you more attack and movement speed and that it can heal infections and bleeding on higher levels.

You're not supposed to kill them. They're supposed to kill you. Raccoons are a game ender. Their appearance will be delayed further when I add more content and they will completely disappear once I finished the story line.

If White dies before you get the next mission, then you get Raccoons. If he dies during the mission, then it's OK.
The story will develop differently if White dies at this point. The Raccoons are only a place-holder until missions are added in this place.

ok i udnerstand it now jsut some other things wondering if your going to change

how about reanimate or somethign it was trow corpse in plane and u get a non hero roflman back? u cant check his clips left and u cant level nade

also the demo killing items prob an idea to remove ieven had ppl at last chap were standing jsut nearby some hell sprawn when kimberly shot them all items gone*

also its mabye an idea to make the minimal range equal to minimal aeo u cant excidently shoot ur self if wrong hotkey pressed for example

i know demo is hard but he can be quite anoying after you blown accidently somone up u didnt seen

Reanimate? What for? You want to get technical here an "incapacitated" soldier is essentially "dead" and the CPR would be the reanimation device. Why should you get another chance at life if in 200 seconds your team couldn't save you because there's no CPRs left or they suck? You died, you're bad luck, don't die and you won't have a problem. This game needs people dying and staying dead otherwise no one will learn how to stay alive.

Why should you get get a full hero after dying permanently? Getting a mini-rolf is good enough since you're hero is DEAD. The ammo on the mini-rolf is infinite so why would you need to ammo count him?

Item killing is part of Warcraft 3 and not exclusive to DotD. Stopping item killing is up to s3rius, and you don't need to tell him. People bitch to him all the time about this.

Everything else you suggested "changing" is due to your own lack of skill with Demo, it is probably one of the hardest classes to get good at. I've never "accidentally" shot a missile at myself as demo and killing others accidentally is also rare. In this case the game doesn't need to change or improve, your own skill level does.

lol yeah but Dave I've watched Kimberly rocket our own people.. wasnt nice. But for the most part good aim xD

Ok so first a few things.

Every class should have crit... its the only way for half of them do REAL damage on Nightmare/Hell mode, Medic Included. Otherwise they just waste ammo doing like 20 damage a shot to things with 800 hp =/

I agree that now with the new exp caps on some units you will get games with a lot of riflemen but.. if thats the case... just go normal and there wont be a problem.. rifles own on norm xD

The NPC's will run without shooting because they move back when they are about to be hit... this is a good and bad thing considering they avoid damage but if somebody else doesnt pick the zombie off.. they all start to scatter and get eaten...

I agree with the AoE heal however I believe maybe that should be a level 5 unlockable skill once you master battlefield medicine =p (Tranquility or maybe even just Rejuv on one target healing them for 400 and removes infection or something) lol

About riflemans, i agree. But u have to admit that all your complains are taking into account that u are playing with noobroflmans in hell mode? That aint a good idea i guess :/

About crits, ppl already answered.

About the "long time" that takes to get to racoons, i agree. I use to play normal still unless I get into a game with high ranks...and waiting for dog mission, white, and 7th army, takes too much time sometimes... :/

just say
custom unit where you choose the 4 skills for your unit ect :s
and the 4 skills being skills from other classes but have to be certain rank or something

and i dont care about ammo now.... most of the time i ran out and other ppl take all the ammo before i can :S
thats one of the reasons i like demo ---- they have anti inf where you dont need ammo except i kill trees with it and run out of mana instead :s

i guess they need to watch out anyway if i see a plant or hell sprawn i shoot it all the time i see no reason why u should stand next to that plant anyway
the only reason i dont wanna blast of ppl getting banned mabye.
