[strike]Bug in NM mode[/strike] ~ SOLVED
Mon 24 Aug 2009, 22:59
So last week-end I've played DotD with Misho's Bot [pub]
and we played on Nightmare mode [I was player Red].
The bug I am reporting is that when we finished saving the civs and headed to the Plant mission,
the Doctor/Scientist or whoever he is, died like in Normal mode and so we didn't had the "Night Mission" activated; it was exactly the same as in normal but with stronger zombies (As far as I know, in NM, that doctor is suppose to run away from the lab and wait in the woods with a gun turret near him).

I don't think that's a bug, at least I've had plant mission on nightmare many times already.
Anyway, since nothing breaks up in the game when that happens, I don't see why it should be fixed even if it's not intended...you know, a little diversity like that never hurt anyone!

it's not a bug... you have a chance of having either missions in nnightmare and hell... you don't automatically get the different mission...

I thought mission Were different depending on the mode we played :O

yeah I know, but that's why I started playing NM, cause I was bored doing the same quest over and over on normal =s So yea I though It was always different depending the level cause I see a lot of places on the map where we never go during normal games; like the train road and bottom left and right (there are rivers blocking the access there?! Is it like for futur missions to come?) =sTamer wrote:you know, a little diversity like that never hurt anyone!

You should read the forum a lil more before posting XD some of your questions are already answered. Thats a Nº1 rule in every forum.
And yes, so far i know that Plant mission can be in NM instead of Blackout mission. Of all the NM games ive played, i would say that its a 75% blackout, 25% plant... but i can't say for sure its like that.

I believe its actually 50/50 maybe a little bit less likely for blackout maybe because it is an older mission but from what s3rius has said to me he kept it an even 50% for each mission.. however.. Blackout mission should have an increased difficulty over the sewers.. from what I was told ^^ either way no bug
