does anyone know why when i close war3 my sounds goes all distorded and echoy???

When you close WC3? Never had that.
Try to disable 3D Sound in the Sound options. That's the usual cause for echos.

hmmm damn dosent work
i tried changing speakers setting to dolby digital and then it went echoy again

Check if your missing a Driver is my only thought...
It can cause malfunctions if one isnt opperating properly.. side effects can be just about anything...
