Ok. I think that everyone likes when playing DOTD the battlefield control menu. I think its something that adds a lot of fun to the game. But as we all know, from MAJ to GEN, the only thing we get its supply drop. So what about new ideas? Or some old ones but better?

My ideas for now:

- Maybe s3rius u could add a kind of "Individual BF Powers", even for non-officers. Of course nothing powerful...just to let them know they also exist, and they have some kind of power. People like power, give them the illusion they have one. Maybe something that gives some kind of info...or some clips xD i dont know xD

- Supply Drop: I think this should be somehow reworked. I got pretty disappointed when i saw it :/. Not for what it does, but for it high cost of items. Its supposed that a team who needs a General and therefore a Supply Drop, its because they will be really short on items (Specially playing hell, where scouting its really hard to not get overwhelmed, even whit scout). The options being 20 clips....1 cpr... 1 sentry 2 clips...hmmm, and only be able to use it once per game?. I think thats not far that useful. Maybe supply drop could have long CD, but be useable lots of times. And items wouldnt be mana based to buy it, but rather with a limited Stock, and with a starting CD (so that u cant get best items lots of times, not even at the start).

but think about it how many gens overall? 4-5 so you wont be able to use it as much as you can. you gotta have one gen for your game to use it.

Still, that doesnt mean that Supply Drop it can fulfill what i see its objetive (to actually supply u with some stuff for hell games).

Also i think that if Supply Drop is improved...then it should be only available for Hell games (Since if u improve it , in nightmare it would be pretty easy...and general shouldnt play nightmare btw xD).

I guess serius want us to get a scout in the group, therefore making the BF flare high mana cost so that u cant spam it

Even if the mana cost was like 20, you would still need to be very conservative with using it.

We are talking about mana here. Even if the cool down is 20 seconds as you say, you would be out of mana VERY quickly if you cast flare every 20 seconds from bfcontrol.

Maybe the ability to drop a human cadaver to "distract" the zombies momentarily. Perhaps not the most realistic option but the idea of dropping bodies from helicopters is humorous to me.

This could give you the precious seconds needed to revive a fallen commrade!

But that way u could stack them and have a whole army?... unless they despawn with a chopper or something (not just vanishing like WC3 creatures lol).

But good idea...that could make something good if we improve it...

bf control skill -UAV drops a UAV at a point that scouts for a while in a random pattern. reveals as it goes. could let u locate items across the map and then go get them with all the dangers involved.

And as i said...if somehow u could make them despawn in a short time, it would be REALLY a good idea...

So the idea basically would be that a chopper drives by, dropping a mini-robot or something like that with a "camera", and it would recon for... 30 sec? 1 minute? until it despawns. Zombies wouldnt attack him since he is robotic (and zombies only attack humans...not even animals).

Congratz, i hope we recieve s3rius feedback when he comes back ^^

UAV is an unmanned aerial vehicle. Doesn't sound too bad.

Infantry support doesn't seem very nice, though. Maybe calling in some attack helicopters..

Mabye we could put something in like an evac plan for generals or scout. What i mean by this is the general/scout uses it in the bfc and they choose a location on the map, then a helicopter comes and picks them up and drops them off at the selected location. Possibly with the rest of the army or a huge area of supplies. Mabye 100-150 bfc mana and 3-5 min cd to stop spam teleportion. Just an idea needs a little work but i think its awesome.

the only problem is to stop them from going to areas he's not supposed to... like the radar tower...

Hmmmm... i think that a chopper evac in that way would be kinnda op, and as misho said, it would lead to many bugs :/

About the infanty support...maybe we could renew medvac, and when the chopper hits ground, not only the chopper fire, but 1-2-3 marines drop on ground at least some secs to give more cover fire?
