Well, if I reduce the energy cost then it's even more imba. You'll be able to pretty much spam it AND still do your duties as a medic.

If I were to reduce energy cost then I'd also have to nerf damage or some other aspect of it.

since when does a desert eagle cost battery to fire Mad?

add it a smaller cooldown 100 damage or sumthing and long reload

since when does throwing a grenade uses a battery?
since when does using a rocket launcher uses a battery?
since when does shooting faster with the MG uses a battery?

yup, if you want realism join the military. lol xD medics skills are fine as they are... if you want to fire a weapon that doesnt have a mana cost find an Ingram, Shotgun ect.

Misho: I've seen at least 5 times ppl reject ideas (including serius) because they aren´t "realistic" (realistic in the idea of the game of course... we know its a game).

Eulogy: Of course they are fine.... good job ppl! (Sarcasm detector blows up)... u discover this is a hell of a game and it really doesn't need to many improvents.

oh wait!...this is the submit ideas forum!.... forgot that we are here to find a way to improve something that its already excellent.

Never said medic skills needed a complete remake. Just said a small critic about a mana cost of one spell...and said why etc. -_-

thew thing is: you're trying to make a medic even more of a damage class than he is already...
he's supposed to be a support class, not a killing class...

IMO, it should take a lot of mana to use the Desert Eagle so that you don't use it that much... it would be like a desperation shotgun, to be used when there is too many enemies and not enough allies...

or the skill could take more mane each time you use it... from 0 mana per shot for the first one, then 1, then 2, then 3.... it would make people count their shots and the medic would survive more easily with his low skills early on while using his idems and buffs more later on...

Hmmm... I agree with u with some points. I think that a progressive mana cost with we a good idea Smile

I NEVER make a critic or give an idea to make the game easier... remember that. I think all the other way around...try to make it more realistic, more difficult, and if possible... make every class had a training-curve so that ppl can specialize and use it really better each time they play it, not only because they get used to...but because it demands more strategy with each one ^^.
